The mantra in any forensic examination is “follow the money.”
The funds that need to be traced may be part of a Ponzi scheme; or an
internal investigation leading to trouble at the highest levels within a company. Sometimes
money is simply lost if an investment showing early promise struggles
with implementation.
An accounting can still be useful to explain what went wrong.

her design and won. Pepsi
withdrew a suit filed in April against small farmers in India, and
hopes to amicably settle the issue of who gets to grow potatoes used
exclusively to make Lay’s potato chips. Lego remains unhappy with Lego-themed
bars popping up around the world, but so far hasn’t shut them down.
