Asterion, Inc., a leading provider of financial and economic consulting services focused on forensics, valuation and intellectual property, is proud to announce the recent addition of Stephanie Hyland, ASA, CFE to the Asterion team. Her experience, knowledge and devotion to quality will deepen Asterion’s ability to serve clients in complex matters. Stephanie has worked in the field of forensic, litigation and valuation services for over 17 years. Prior to joining Asterion, she was a Director at EisnerAmper, LLP, a national public accounting and consulting firm. Her background includes engagements arising from matrimonial disputes, trust and estate litigation and shareholder disputes. She has experience valuing businesses in a variety of industries within the context of litigation and for estate and gift tax purposes. In addition, Stephanie has experience in forensic accounting, tracing of assets, income analysis and lifestyle analysis. Stephanie graduated cum laude from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Business Administration: Finance. Stephanie is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (“ASA”) by the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”) by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Like Asterion team members Megan Salehli, ASA, CFE, CVA and Mark H. Bradford, CPA, CFE, who were recognized in prior years, Stephanie is an honoree of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts’ 2017 40 Under Forty, awarded to a select group of professionals for their accomplishments and contributions to the profession. Stephanie has been a speaker before members of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and the New Jersey Courts.
