Asterion, Inc., a leading provider of financial and economic consulting services focused on forensics, valuation, intellectual property, and performance optimization, is proud to announce that Mark H. Bradford, CPA, CFE, has become a principal in the firm.
Mark, who joined Asterion in 2014, has more than 20 years of experience in providing accounting and consulting services. In his time with the firm, Mark’s skills in the areas of litigation support, forensic accounting, and valuation services have enabled him to lead the successful expansion of Asterion’s Family Law services.
In addition to divorce matters, Mark has handled shareholder disputes and has served as a testifying witness in a variety of matters. Prior to joining Asterion, Mark worked for three regional accounting firms, where he provided litigation consulting. He has also worked in the accounting departments of two publicly traded companies.
Mark has spoken before professional and education groups on various aspects of financial and forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation consulting. He has served on the Executive Committee and as the Treasurer for the Independence Business Alliance, the LGBT Chamber of Commerce for the great Philadelphia area, and he has also been honored as one of NACVA’s 40 under 40.
