Asterion’s Megan Becwar, AVA was recently notified by the American Society of Appraisers that she was granted the Accredited Senior Appraiser credential (“ASA”) in the Business Valuation discipline. The American Society of Appraisers is an international organization of appraisal professionals and the only appraisal organization representing all of the disciplines of appraisal specialists. This designation is bestowed upon professionals based on the review and approval of the applicant’s demonstrated proficiency in appraisal report preparation, appraisal experience, educational background and completion of the American Society of Appraisers’ educational requirements.
As stated on the American Society of Appraisers website (www.appraisers.org) “ASA-accredited appraisers are experts. The meticulous ASA accreditation process ensures that ASA-accredited appraisers are accurate, impartial, and credible. They are educated and experienced in their fields and are respected members of their communities.”
