Howard S. Cohen, CPA, CFE, will manage Asterion’s New York office. Prior to joining Asterion, Howard was the former Chair of the Insolvency and Reorganization Group of a regional accounting and consulting firm, where he also served as the North American Insolvency Representative for Baker Tilly International. Since 1978 Howard has focused his practice on the areas of forensic accounting, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, crisis/turnaround consulting, collateral audits and strategic and business planning. He has been appointed by U.S. Federal Bankruptcy and State Courts to serve as a Trustee, Receiver, Examiner, Plan Administrator, Liquidating Trustee, Disbursing Agent, Claims Agent and Replacement Plaintiff.
