Asterion, Inc., a leading provider of financial and economic consulting services focused on forensics, valuation and intellectual property, is proud to announce the recent addition of John Bambach, MBA, CTP. Bambach’s experience, knowledge, and devotion to quality will enhance and expand Asterion’s ability to serve clients in complex matters such as Growth Acceleration, Corporate Turnaround and Restructuring, Corporate Finance, and Interim Crisis Management.
Prior to joining Asterion, Bambach ran Bambach Advisors and was a Principal at Nachman Hays Brownstein. He guided multiple successful corporate restructurings and served various times as Court-appointed Trustee and Chief Restructuring Officer. His entrepreneurial experience spans start-ups to acquisitions and divestitures. He has led various companies while enhancing their growth and profitability at sale. He has also held consulting roles at national, regional, and boutique firms, where he assisted clients in optimizing vision and performance.
John holds an MBA from New York Institute of Technology, New York, NY. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional, a member of the Turnaround Management Association, a Certified Dive Master, and enjoys Kite Boarding and Water skiing.
