Cohen, CPA, CFE. As part of this arrangement, Asterion intends to acquire certain of the assets of Corporate Strategic Consulting LLC, Cohen’s former company.
Cohen is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years experience spanning numerous technical disciplines, including consulting, accounting, auditing and tax. Since 1978 Cohen has focused his practice on the areas of forensic accounting, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, crisis/turnaround consulting, collateral audits and strategic and business planning. He has been appointed by U.S. Federal Bankruptcy and State Courts to serve as a Trustee, Receiver, Examiner, Plan Administrator, Liquidating Trustee, Disbursing Agent, Claims Agent and Replacement Plaintiff.
